1.       From Ryde:

 

By bus: 

 

Take the number 3 bus from Ryde terminal this takes you all the way to Ventnor. Sitting on the top deck allows some amazing views of the island, its countryside and towns. Coming to Ventnor you will pass Trinity church and a further 800 metres the bus turns left into the town Centre. The apartments are sited immediately before the Spar shop. Get off at the next stop (about 50metres) and walk back.

By train from the Fast cat: 

 

Step of the cat and onto the train. The train stops at Shanklin, either get the number 3 bus from there or one of the taxis that are outside.

 

2.       From Fishbourne:

By car:

 

Coming out of the port, turn left at the traffic lights onto the A3055 signposted Ryde, Sandown and Shanklin. Stay on the A3055 all the way to Ventnor. Stop outside Brunswick House. Parking is restricted to 1 hour during the summer season, but there are a number of car parks within easy reach of the guest house.

By bus:

 

Catch the number 4/5 to Ryde then the number 3 to Ventnor

 

3.       From East Cowes:

By car: 

 

Take the A3021 and continue through Whippingham to the roundabout. Take the second exit to Newport, the A3054. At the roundabout in the town centre follow the signs for Sandown / Shanklin. Turn right immediately after the Mole country store, signposted Ventnor and Shanklin A3020. Continue through Godshill and Sandford to Whiteley Bank roundabout, turn right for Ventnor. Pass through Wroxall and on to Ventnor. We are on the one way system immediately before the Central shop.

By bus:

 

Take the number 5 to Newport. At the bus station change to the number 3 or 6 these take you directly to Ventnor.

 

4.       From West Cowes:

 

From the hydrofoil:

Take the number 1 bus to Newport. At the bus station change to the number 3 or 6.

 

5.       From Yarmouth

By Car

Take the A 3054 to Newport then at the roundabout in the town centre follow the signs for Sandown / Shanklin. Turn right immediately after the Mole country store, signposted Ventnor and Shanklin A3020. Continue through Godshill and Sandford to Whiteley Bank roundabout, turn right for Ventnor. Pass through Wroxall and on to Ventnor. We are on the one way system immediately before the Central shop.

·         Through tickets to your destination can be bought on the first bus you board. You can also buy rover and freedom tickets that allow unlimited travel for 1 day, 2 days, 7 days and more. More information can be got from the website: islandbuses.info or on facebook.com/southern Vectis.

·         There are a number of free car parks in Ventnor but spaces can be difficult to find at certain times. We can offer you tourist parking permits for 2 days,  3 days, 4 days and 7 days.
