Brunswick House offers guest accommodation and self-catering apartments in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. This document applies to the processing by Brunswick House of personal data collected by us using our website and the freetobook online booking system in relation to the provision of accommodation.


Your Personal Data

Brunswick House, using freetobook as their booking engine, collect and store the information that you give, on that site when you make a booking. You are asked for your name, address, telephone number and email along with payment information and “the names of any guests travelling with you”. This may also include your IP address. This information is stored in the freetobook system for processing your booking. Brunswick House may be contact you in relation to your booking.

Your data is also stored on the freetobook system after you have stayed (it is a legal requirement to hold information for up to one year) but will be kept no longer than necessary in order to comply with these legal obligations and for Brunswick House to welcome your repeat business.
